Medicare Marketing Guidelines
All marketing materials and communications comply with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines. We do not:
- Make unsolicited contact via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Use misleading or confusing language
- Make claims about plan benefits without proper authorization
- Use high-pressure sales tactics
We do keep client records needed to advise, enroll, and meet producer and TPMO recordkeeping rules. That can include Medicare identifiers, medications, doctors, and notes you give us. How we handle that information is in our Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy.
Carrier Relationships
We are independent agents and brokers who work with multiple insurance carriers. We are not employees of any insurance company. Our recommendations are based on your individual needs and circumstances, not on carrier relationships.
Enrollment Periods
Medicare enrollment is subject to specific enrollment periods and eligibility requirements. We will help you understand:
- Initial Enrollment Period (IEP)
- Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
- Special Enrollment Periods (SEP)
- Medigap Open Enrollment Period
