Which Medicare Advantage plans does Vancouver Clinic take in 2027?
Vancouver Clinic has posted the Medicare Advantage plans it contracts with for 2027. It names four insurance companies, and only certain plans from each. Here is how to read the list before Annual Enrollment ends December 7.

Last checked: November 5, 2026. I read Vancouver Clinic's Medicare Advantage page that day. TVC can change its list at any time, and its page is the one to trust over any summary, including this one.
The short answer
For 2027, Vancouver Clinic's list names plans from four companies: Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Regence and CareOregon Advantage. TVC says Medicare Advantage plans it doesn't contract with are not accepted. And the list goes plan by plan, not company by company: a Humana or UnitedHealthcare card isn't enough on its own. If seeing Vancouver Clinic doctors matters to you, check your exact 2027 plan against TVC's list before December 7.
βWill Vancouver Clinic take my plan?β is the question I hear most in Clark County. It's a fair worry. Medicare lists 51 Medicare Advantage plans with drug coverage in Clark County for 2027, and 17 of them are on TVC's list.
What's on Vancouver Clinic's 2027 list
TVC lists its plans under each company. In plain terms, for Clark County:
- Humana: most of its Clark County plans. That includes HMO and PPO plans, its plans for people with both Medicare and Medicaid, its plan for people with diabetes or heart conditions, and its USAA Honor Giveback plans. One HumanaChoice PPO is listed for Oregon only.
- UnitedHealthcare: four AARP Medicare Advantage HMO-POS plans and the Patriot No Rx HMO-POS plan. UnitedHealthcare's PPO and its plans for people with Medicare and Medicaid are not on the list.
- Regence: its MedAdvantage + Rx PPO plans and Regence Valiance.
- CareOregon Advantage: its Oregon plan for people with both Medicare and Medicaid.
For exact plan names, use TVC's Medicare Advantage page. Your plan's full name and number (it starts with an H) are on your Annual Notice of Change, and the name is usually on your member card too.
Live in Oregon? Vancouver Clinic also has clinics in Northwest Portland, at Lloyd Station in Portland, in Gresham and in Happy Valley. Its list includes Humana plans sold in Oregon, the same Regence PPO plans, and CareOregon Advantage. The UnitedHealthcare plans on it are Washington plans.
Who isn't on the list
These companies offer Medicare Advantage plans in Clark County for 2027, and none of their plans appear on TVC's list:
- Devoted Health
- Wellcare
- Kaiser Permanente
- Molina Healthcare
- Community Health Plan of Washington
- AgeRight Advantage
TVC says plans it doesn't contract with are not accepted. That includes PPO plans. A PPO normally pays something toward out-of-network care, but that only helps if the clinic agrees to see you, so don't count on it at TVC.
If you have Medicare and Apple Health
Plans for people with both Medicare and Medicaid, often called dual plans, follow the same rule. TVC's 2027 list includes Humana's dual plans in Washington and CareOregon Advantage's in Oregon. It doesn't include the dual plans from UnitedHealthcare, Molina, Wellcare or Community Health Plan of Washington.
If you have one of those and see Vancouver Clinic doctors, look at your options before December 7. People with both Medicare and Medicaid also have extra chances to change plans during the year. Call 1-800-MEDICARE to ask which apply to you.
Your doctor still needs checking
A plan on TVC's list is the first step, not the last. Two more checks:
- Look your doctor up by name in the plan's 2027 provider directory.
- Call the doctor's office and ask whether they are taking new patients on that plan. A clinic can take a plan while one doctor's schedule is full. More on checking a doctor properly.
If you are losing Legacy on a Humana plan
Legacy Health leaves Humana's Medicare Advantage network after December 31, 2026. TVC's 2027 list includes Humana plans, so if you are a Humana member looking for new doctors on this side of the river, TVC is one place to ask about taking new patients. What Legacy leaving Humana means.
What about Original Medicare with a Supplement?
TVC's page says it suggests its Medicare patients choose a Medicare Advantage plan. That is TVC's recommendation, not mine: the right choice depends on your doctors, your health and your budget. TVC's pages don't say how it handles Original Medicare with a Medicare Supplement, so if you are weighing that, call TVC's patient service line at 360-882-2778 and ask before you decide.
Dates that matter
- Annual Enrollment, October 15 to December 7. Choose a plan for 2027. It starts January 1.
- January 1 to March 31. If you are in a Medicare Advantage plan on January 1, you can make one change. The new plan starts the first day of the next month.
Don't cancel your current plan yourself. When you enroll in a new Medicare Advantage plan, Medicare ends the old one for you.
Why Vancouver Clinic sends you to a broker
TVC says federal rules keep it from answering questions about specific plans or recommending one, and it encourages patients to talk with a licensed insurance agent. Clinics can tell you which plans they contract with. Comparing those plans against your doctors, your prescriptions and your costs is the part a broker does.
